Foreclosures have been one of the best real estate purchases of late. However, Foreclosed homes can be tricky transactions. I knew if I waited long enough, there would be a video that would explain the sometimes complex issues of buying a bank-owned-home, and why you might need a Realtor to help you with this (this is true).
