The national trend over the last several years has been to downsize housing for several reasons, one among them being your carbon footprint (see we write articles that appeal to Everyone, right?)
While we agree that the age of the McMansion is over, and that the smaller more efficient homes are the coming trend in new housing construction, and in the reemergence of the urban living lifestyle (and yes this is becoming popular to Salt Lake as well, even though we have lots of land and we still love our cars over mass transit), this guy might…in our humble opinion…be taking it a bit TOO far!
