Foreclosure Picks Of The Week

These foreclosures came across my desk this morning ( well, my home office anyway since I am not at work today), and I wanted to get them online because they definitely qualify as Deals Of The Week.

They are all new to the market and under the First Look Program so investors cannot get their little hands on them.  These properties all offer  up to 3.5% in closing costs paid by the seller if you close by October 31st, but trust me, once you see them, they will not last the week!

So, we are doing something unprecedented in the history of the Love Realty Group, we are going to hold these properties open on Labor Day!  Yes, that’s right.. Debbi and Steve are holding homes open…don’t fall off your chairs and think that the world has ended as we know it.

This is not a public open house, this is just for our buyers, so you must RSVP to attend.  We are setting a time (kind of like a party), you all come at that time, look through the house ask any questions you have, shake our hands, and leave.  Nope, no refreshments ( I will be happy to put you on my Pumpkin Bread list for later delivery if you like), no pressure to buy, just a chance to see these great houses before they are gone…so if any of you are even THINKING about buying one, or just want to see what they are like, you have an advantage before Tuesdays onslaught.
