The 07 units are one of my favorites at the Regent because they have a unique view of the southeast AND the southwest valley. These units are also a little unusual in shape both in the bedroom area and in the shape of the open living area.
Now, if you want the best of all worlds at the Regent, the 07 unit on the 4th floor will give you exactly that. This downtown condo (407) is unique among the 07 units in that it boasts a larger than normal balcony on 2 sides, complete with the manicured gardens unique to that floor. This enlarged space is perfect for entertaining and engaging in the ambiance that downtown Salt Lake City living provides.
Floor to ceiling windows frame the gorgeous backdrop in both the living and bedroom areas. This unit also contains a fireplace in the corner of 
the living area for cold winter evenings with a view of the night lights of the downtown area.
