Promontory on South Temple is the largest of the 3 sisters and anchors the Northwest corner of City Creek Center.
There are 7 floor plans on each floor from floor 2 to floor 25 ranging from studios to 3bedroom luxury condos.
From floor 26 to 30 the largest units are "white box finished" meaning you are buying a shell. The unit is finished to the drywall with all plumbing and electrical in place, but the finishing is up to you and your designer!
With 7 floor plans to choose from, there is something for everyone. Here is an explanation of the different floor plans.
The 05s face west with a view of Abravanal Hall and those fantastic western sunsets over the Great Salt Lake as well as a vista of the Salt Lake Valley on the upper floors.
As with all the units above the 3rd floor at Promontory, there is a balcony where you can sip your early morning coffee or hot chocolate as the case may be...and beautiful hardwood floors adorn your kitchen and living area.
Pricing on these units range anywhere from $301,000 on the 2nd floor to $593,000 on the 25th floor.

The 01 suites face east and are the smallest of the 2bdrm units at around 1300 sq ft. What I like about them is that the master bedrooms have a curved glass window that gives you a beautiful view of the temple.
These 01 units are sold out on the lower floors so the beginning price is around $605,000 for the 15th floor. Oh, I just got told that 701 is back on the market at $399,000 so that might be an option for you.
The 02 suites face southeast toward city creek and are larger at around 1500 sq ft.
The living area is bigger with tall windows (making a striking cityscape view if you get high enough), a larger kitchen and most (above the 4th floor) have a fireplace.
There are some lower floor units still available in this category that look into Nordstroms (and obviously the higher you go, the more you pay).
Pricing ranges from $393,000 for a 2nd floor unit to 1,043,000 for the 25th floor.
The 04 suites face southwest and are about the same sq footage as the 02 units with a slightly different floor plan.
I like this one as it feels the most open to me. The kitchen is larger and better configured (in my opinion) and the living area seems to flow better (note: again, most units above 4th floor have a fireplace). You don't have to go very high in order to have a view of the western Oquirrah mountains and you have a great view of the southern city scape.
Pricing on these units start at $430,000 on the 2nd floor (which is not a bad view unlike the 02 units which look at the side of the Nordstrom bldg.) and go up to $986,000 for the 25th floor.
At 645 sq feet these little units use space well but are the only condo style that does not have a Grand Master Bath (double sinks and separate tub and shower).
Although they do not have a "separate" bedroom, it is in an alcove and there are several options for making that room more private. Studios face south and have great views of the City Creek Fountain from the balcony, so you can sit and watch the light show at night from the "belagio" type fountain by Nordstroms.
Prices on studios are $235,000 to $365,000 (2 to 25)
The 06 suites are the only 3 bedroom units at the Promontory and are around 2300 sq ft. The living area spans half of the front of the building with a fireplace on one side and oversized windows framing the most exquisite view. Two large bedrooms and one smaller one (either double bed or an office are best suited for that one) plus 2 baths and a full size laundry room round out the rest of the unit. Being the largest pre-finished unit with the best view brings with it the highest price.
Prices start at 1.449 million on floor 2 to 1.962 million on the 25th floor.
The 07 suites fill the other half of the front side of the building and are exactly the same floor plan as the 06 units except they are 2 bedroom instead of 3.
Pricing on these units is 1.179 million on floor 2 to 1.680 million for the 25th floor
Pricing on these is in the 2 million + category and remember, you are buying a shell with no allowance for finish work.

The Regent is as sleek and contemporary as the Promontory is traditional and elegant. There are actually 9 different floor plans on each floor up to the 16th...and variations on each floor plan as well. I will give you the basics here, then call me for the variations!
Pricing on these units range from 198,000 on the 5th floor to 407,000 on the 16th.
There are no balconies on the one bedroom units at the Regent, and the view is straight into another building until you get up above about the 12th floor, then you are looking at the top of the buildings. If you are looking for views, this is not the side to be on, in my opinion.

The 04 units run around 988 sq ft and have 1 bdrm, 1bth, plus a den. This unit as well as the 05 face east toward the mountains.
Pricing on these units run from $240,000 on the 5th floor to $537,000 on the 16th.
The 05 units are slightly bigger at 1,008 sq ft and the difference is an extra 1/2 bath making it 1bdrm, 1.5 bth + den.
These run from $387,000 to $543,000.
There are no balconies on either one of these units. The windows are floor to ceiling giving you the view with or without a balcony.
The 02s are another 1 bedroom/den floor plan. They face north and once you get above the 7th floor, they look down onto City Creek (and now that City Creek is open, this is a GREAT VIEW. There is a balcony on this unit and a large bathroom, however it is not a grand master. It has an oversized shower.

They face the southwest but have s southeastern view as well because of the way the Regent is situated on the property. The living area is large with a fireplace, floor to ceiling windows extra cabinetry and a very open kitchen. The bedroom is quirky and on an angle with larger than life windows and ...a balcony! Whoo hoo!
The 4th floor 07 unit is even more special because it has a terrace in addition to the balcony making it great for entertaining or just taking in the sights and sounds of the city.
Price on the 407 unit (my favorite in the whole building) is $435,000 Other 07 units go for 395,000 on floor 5 to $829,000 on 16th floor

The 03 Suites at around 1422 sq ft including balcony are on the north east corner with a view of the eastern mountains and straight down is City Creek. These units have fireplaces.
I like these because the living area is a bit bigger. and the master bedroom closet is...well...unusual...and kinda fun...you'll have to see it.
Price ranges on these units is $455,000 to $793,000
Suite 01 is a two bedroom but not my favorite since it faces west and really doesn't have a view until you get to the upper floors...
Pricing here is $331-618,000 is smaller than the 03s with 1138 sq ft with No balcony.
Suite 6 (opposite side of the 07 units) is kind of the favored unit on the southeast side and also the biggest unit coming in at 1527 sq ft including balcony. I like the fireplace placement and the floor to ceiling windows on this unit as well as the kitchen.
Prices start at $533,000 on the 5th floor to 839,000 on the 16th.

These units face 100 south all with balconies so you can people watch to your hearts content. These super studios have large living areas and the alcove bedroom (unlike the studios at the Promontory) has a sliding door. These 3 units range in the mid to upper $300,000's.
