Do you love the old world feel of the pre and post war bungalows found in and around the Sugarhouse area?  Do the architectural details of these old homes thrill you with their arched doorways and pass throughs?

We love them too.  We love original woodwork that has been restored, we love the open porches that accommodate a swing for soft summer evenings, we love the overhanging trees that are cool in the summer and large enough to play in (can you tell I was a Treehouse person when I was little?).  We love the brick work on original fireplaces brought back to life, and the redone kitchens that have a hint of the 50’s but the modern flair of granite and stainless steel.

We love the clawfoot bathtubs we find, the mosaic tile, the built in hutches for displaying those favorite treasures (those woods are so beautiful when restored) and the intimate back yards.

Most of all we love the ambiance of Sugarhouse area, the shopping, the eclectic shops and boutiques, the small diners with great food, and well just about everything there!
